Do you have an office in Gurugram?
No. Our only office is in Shakarpur, East Delhi. We visit Gurugram clients by appointment for workshops, walkthroughs and acceptance testing, and hold regular reviews on video calls.
Can you build a D2C store that works with our inventory and courier partners?
Usually, yes. Most inventory systems, payment gateways and courier aggregators offer APIs. We confirm what each one supports during discovery and state any limitations in the estimate, rather than discovering them during the build.
We are a startup with a limited budget. How do you keep a first version affordable?
By agreeing a tight first release: the smallest set of features that proves the product with real users. It is priced as a fixed-scope estimate, and later phases are scoped once you have feedback.
Can you complete our vendor security questionnaire?
Yes. We answer security questions in writing, covering access control, data handling, hosting, backups and credential management, and we sign NDAs before receiving confidential material.
