Terms and conditions

Last updated: 2 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. Our registered business name and address are shown on our Contact page.

Projects, support plans and consultancy engagements are governed by the separate written agreement or accepted quotation for that work. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

1. Using the website

You may browse, read and share links to our content for your own information and business planning. You agree not to:

  • use the website in a way that breaks any law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
  • submit false information, spam or malicious files through our forms;
  • scrape or copy content in bulk, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the site.

2. Information on this website

We write our articles, guides and service descriptions carefully, but they are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Technology, prices and regulations change. Before making a significant decision, get advice that takes your circumstances into account.

Timelines, cost factors and approaches described on service pages are typical, not guaranteed. A binding commitment exists only in a signed agreement or accepted quotation.

3. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting a form does not create a contract. A quotation we send is an offer valid for the period stated on it, and becomes binding only when accepted in writing on the terms it sets out. We may decline any enquiry.

If you send us documents or ideas in an enquiry, we will treat them as confidential and use them only to respond to you. If you need a formal non-disclosure agreement before sharing details, ask us.

4. Intellectual property

The website’s text, design, graphics, logos and code belong to QubitSolutions or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the source. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe the platforms we work with. Mentioning them does not imply endorsement or partnership unless we say so explicitly.

6. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

7. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered office, as shown on our Contact page.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
