Cookie policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way. This policy explains which ones our website uses and how you can control them.
What we use
Strictly necessary
These make the website work and keep it secure. They include cookies that remember your cookie choice, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, keep signed-in users (such as our staff and clients using the portal) logged in, and help our spam-protection service tell people from bots. They cannot be switched off, because the site would not function properly without them.
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you accept analytics, we record which pages are visited, which buttons are clicked, how visitors arrived (for example, from a search or a campaign link) and the general type of device used. We use this to understand which content is useful and which campaigns bring enquiries. This data is stored in our own systems and is not sold or used for advertising profiles.
Advertising
We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.
Changing your choice
When you first visit, you can accept or reject analytics. You can change your mind at any time through the cookie settings link in the website footer. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
More about how we handle personal data is in our Privacy policy.
