How the consultation is structured
Before
We review what you send and may ask one or two questions by email, so the session starts from an informed position.
During
You outline the situation; we probe constraints and set out how we would approach it. Typically 30 to 45 minutes, by video or phone.
After
A short written summary of the discussion, the options considered and a recommended next step, where there is one.
