Business process automation that returns measurable team capacity
Orders rekeyed from email into accounts, approvals chased by message, the same report rebuilt weekly. We identify repeated work, automate what is safe to automate, and measure the hours recovered.
The highest-value automation is usually unglamorous
The automations that pay back fastest are rarely impressive to look at. A sales order arrives by email and appears in the ERP without anyone typing it. An overdue invoice triggers the right reminder on day three, seven and fourteen. A daily stock report reaches the managing director at 8 am without anyone assembling it.
Each saves a few hours a week; together they change what your team has capacity for. We begin by measuring where time is actually spent, then automate in order of hours recovered, not in order of novelty.
What we build
Automations we deliver most often
Order and data entry
Orders, enquiries and forms flowing from email, website, WhatsApp or marketplaces into your ERP or CRM without rekeying.
Follow-ups and reminders
Payment reminders, renewal notices, appointment confirmations and lead follow-ups sent on schedule through the right channel.
Approval workflows
Purchase requests, discounts, leave and expense claims routed to the correct approver, with a full trail of who approved what and when.
Scheduled reporting
Daily sales, collections, stock and pipeline reports compiled automatically and delivered by email or WhatsApp.
Document generation
Quotations, offer letters, certificates and contracts generated from your data in your templates, ready for final review and signature.
How we work
How an automation programme is run
Step 1: Time audit
We work alongside the people doing the work and record which tasks repeat, how long they take and how often they go wrong.
Step 2: Prioritised backlog
Each candidate automation with estimated hours saved, build effort and risk. You decide the sequence.
Step 3: Exception design
What happens when data is missing, a system is unavailable or a value looks wrong. Exceptions are routed to a person, never lost.
Step 4: Shadow running
The automation runs alongside the manual process for a period so outputs can be compared before cut-over.
Step 5: Cut-over and monitoring
Every automation logs its runs and alerts a named owner on failure, so errors are never silent.
Step 6: Quarterly review
Processes change. We confirm which automations still deliver value and adjust those that no longer do.

Engagement model
A time audit takes one to two weeks at a fixed price. Individual automations are usually small, from a few days to a few weeks each, so we typically deliver them in batches of three or four.
We recommend no-code platforms where they are reliable enough for the job, and custom code where volume, data sensitivity or subscription cost make it the better choice. Ongoing costs are mainly platform fees and a modest support plan that keeps integrations working when other vendors change their APIs.
Often paired with process mapping first, AI document extraction and custom software for the gaps.
FAQ
Questions about business automation
Will automation replace people on our team?
In our experience it removes the parts of a role people value least. Recovered time typically moves to customer work, follow-ups or tasks that were being deferred.
Do we need to replace our current software?
Rarely. Most automation connects systems you already use. If a system offers no way to move data in or out, we will tell you and set out the options.
What happens when an automation fails?
Every automation logs its runs and alerts a named owner on failure. A short runbook tells your team what to do while the fix is made.
Can you automate work in Tally?
Yes, within what Tally permits. Typical work includes voucher imports, master synchronisation and report extraction. The method depends on your Tally version and configuration, which we assess first.
Which recurring task costs your team the most time?
Describe a task repeated daily or weekly. We will estimate the hours automation could recover.
