Practical points before you start
Telugu, Urdu and English. A customer app for local patients or buyers may need Telugu, and some audiences in the old city read Urdu, which runs right to left. Plan languages into the scope; adding one later costs more. You or a translator supply the text.
What we do not build. We do not build validated systems for regulated manufacturing, such as GMP batch records. We build the commercial side: websites, distributor and field apps, and customer portals.
Field conditions. Reps and delivery staff move between areas with weak signal. Their apps save entries offline and sync when the network returns, and work on budget Android phones.

How we work with you from Delhi
We begin with a video call, and for field apps we ask for a short phone video of a rep or delivery person doing their round. It shows the real steps, the screens they glance at and where they lose time. Then you receive a written estimate.
You test working builds every fortnight. For an Android field app we can share test builds directly to a few of your staff, so feedback comes from the people who will use it, not only from the office.

Do you have an office in Hyderabad?
No. Our only office is in Shakarpur, East Delhi. We work with Hyderabad clients remotely, and you are welcome to visit us in Delhi by appointment.
Can our medical reps use the app offline?
Yes. Visits, orders and notes are saved on the phone and sent when there is signal, with a clear marker showing what has not synced yet.
Can patients get lab reports in the app?
Yes, with a login or a one-time code, so reports reach only the patient or the person they authorise. Access is logged.
Do we need an app, or will a website do?
