Can a Delhi company build a website or app for a business anywhere in India?

Yes. QubitSolutions works remotely from its only office, in Shakarpur, East Delhi, with a written scope, a working build to review every fortnight and milestone invoices with GST. A landing page takes under two weeks, a business website four to eight, and a first app release ten to sixteen. Your city does not change the price.

One office, clients in many cities

QubitSolutions has a single office, in Shakarpur, East Delhi. We meet clients in Delhi NCR in person by appointment. Everywhere else, we work remotely, and we say so plainly: we have no branches, local representatives or partner offices in other cities.

Remote delivery works well for the kind of work we do. A business website or a mobile app is reviewed on a screen anyway. What makes it work is discipline: a written scope, a working build to try every fortnight, one place for feedback and a named person on each side. If you would like to meet once in person, you are welcome at our Delhi office by appointment.

If you are unsure whether you need a website, a web app or a mobile app, start with our guide on how to choose between them.

How it works

How a remote project runs, step by step

The same sequence applies wherever you are. Our full delivery process is on the process page.

  1. Step 1: First call

A video call about the business, the people who will use what we build and what success looks like. We reply to enquiries within one working day.

  2. Step 2: Look at the real process

A screen share, sample documents or short phone videos of how work happens today. This replaces a site visit for most projects.

  3. Step 3: Written estimate

Scope, exclusions, assumptions, milestones and a fixed price, in writing, for you to compare and approve.

  4. Step 4: Fortnightly builds

A staging link or test app every two weeks, reviewed on a call, with all feedback in one shared tracker.

  5. Step 5: Launch and support

Testing with your real users, training by video, launch under your accounts, and support on stated response times.

Cost and timelines

We do not publish a rate card, because the price depends on what the software must do, not on where you are. Every project gets a fixed written estimate after scoping. Your city does not change the price.

As a rough guide to timing: a single landing page takes under two weeks, a business website four to eight weeks, and a focused first release of a mobile app ten to sixteen weeks including store review. Content and approvals, more than code, decide where in that range you land. Our guides on website cost in India, app development cost in India and how long a build takes explain the details.

Cities we work with

Each page below describes the businesses we tend to build for in that city, the practical points that matter there, and answers to local questions.

FAQ

Questions about working with us remotely

Do you have offices outside Delhi?

No. Our only office is in Shakarpur, East Delhi. We work with clients outside Delhi NCR remotely, and you are welcome to visit us in Delhi by appointment.

How do we pay for a remote project?

By bank transfer against milestone invoices with GST, as set out in the written estimate. Nothing is due for work you have not seen.

What if we stop hearing from you?

You will not, because reviews are booked every fortnight and the work lives in your repository and accounts from the start. If we ever parted ways, another team could take over from what you hold.

Can you build in regional languages?

Yes. Our websites and apps handle Hindi and other Indian scripts and switch languages properly. Translated text comes from your team or a translator, and we check it displays correctly.

Planning a website or app, wherever you are?

Send us your requirements for a fixed written estimate, or book a video consultation.
