Who builds driver and warehouse apps for Nagpur transporters and traders?

QubitSolutions builds offline-first driver and warehouse apps, trade portals and business websites for transporters, agri traders, contractors and hospitals across the city and Vidarbha. The apps save entries on the phone and sync when signal returns, with Marathi or Hindi screens, and test builds reach your field staff every fortnight.

Software for the middle of the map

Sitting near the geographic centre of India, Nagpur has grown into a natural base for transport and warehousing, and the MIHAN area has added logistics and aviation businesses. Around that core sit the orange and cotton trade of Vidarbha, contractors serving the coal and mining belt, and hospitals that draw patients from several neighbouring states.

Most of these businesses depend on people moving around: drivers, field staff, site supervisors. That makes mobile apps that work on poor networks especially useful, with a web dashboard for the office. A clear website helps when new customers or partners look you up.

We are a software team in Shakarpur, East Delhi, with no office in Maharashtra. We run projects remotely and hand everything over in your name.

Who we build for

Fleets, godowns, mandis and sites

Where an app or website removes calls, paper and guesswork.

  • Transporters and fleet owners

Driver apps for trip sheets, fuel and expense entries, and photo proof of delivery, with a dashboard showing each vehicle’s status.

  • Warehousing and 3PL operators

Inward, outward and stock apps with barcode scanning, and client portals that show stock and movements without a phone call.

  • Orange, cotton and agri traders

Purchase recording at the mandi, lot tracking, and buyer catalogues with grades and seasonal availability.

  • Mining and infrastructure contractors

Site progress, equipment hours and material logs entered on a phone at the site and synced when there is signal.

  • Hospitals and diagnostic centres

Appointment booking and report access for patients travelling from other districts and states.

Practical points before you start

Offline first. Highways, mines and rural mandis have patchy coverage. Apps for these users save everything locally, sync when they can, and show clearly what is still waiting to upload.

Marathi and Hindi. Drivers and field staff often prefer Marathi or Hindi screens. We build for both and keep the screens simple, with large buttons and few typed fields.

GPS and photos. Location and photo proof are useful, but they drain batteries and data. We capture them at the moments that matter, such as pickup and delivery, not continuously, unless you need live tracking.

Cost and time. A focused first field app usually takes ten to sixteen weeks, a business website four to eight, both priced in writing. Our app cost guide covers the drivers.

How a remote project runs

For field apps we ask for a short phone video of a driver or supervisor doing a normal day's entries. It shows what they really record, and where. Then we agree a written scope with exclusions, milestones and price.

Test builds go directly to a few of your field staff every fortnight. Their feedback shapes the next round more than anything the office says.

We train users by video and leave short guides. After launch, support runs on stated response times. If you are visiting Delhi, our office is open by appointment. The India page covers remote delivery in general.

FAQ

Questions from Nagpur businesses

Do you have an office in Nagpur?

No. Our only office is in Shakarpur, East Delhi. We work with Nagpur clients remotely, on video calls and through test builds you can install.

Can our drivers use the app with no network on the highway?

Yes. Entries and photos are saved on the phone and sent when signal returns. The office dashboard shows the time of each sync.

Can you connect GPS devices already fitted in our trucks?

Often, if the device provider offers an API or data export. We check that during scoping and say in the estimate what can be shown.

Can warehouse clients see their own stock online?

Yes. Each client logs in to a portal that shows only their stock, movements and documents.

Other cities we work with

We take on projects from businesses across India, all delivered by the same team from our office in East Delhi.

How remote projects work, and the full list of cities, is on the India page. For businesses in and around Delhi, see all locations.
