Which company builds Hindi and English websites for Bhopal institutes and NGOs?

QubitSolutions builds bilingual websites and apps for institutes, hospitals, NGOs, suppliers and industrial units in the city and the Mandideep and Govindpura areas. Every page, form and email works in Hindi as well as English, accessibility is built in, and progress is shared on a staging link every fortnight from our office in East Delhi.

For a capital city of institutions

As the state capital, Bhopal is home to government departments and the organisations that work around them: suppliers, consultants, contractors, NGOs and development projects. It is also a large education centre, with colleges, coaching institutes and training academies, and its hospitals serve patients from across central India. The industrial areas at Govindpura and Mandideep add manufacturers and pharma units.

Websites for these organisations carry real weight. A supplier's profile may be read by a procurement committee. A trust's site may be checked by a funder. An institute's admission page has to answer the same twenty questions every parent asks. Our website development and mobile app services are set up for that kind of practical work.

We are a software team based in Shakarpur, East Delhi. We have no office in Madhya Pradesh. Projects run remotely, and you can visit us in Delhi by appointment.

Who we build for

Institutions and industry

Where a clear website or a simple app makes a real difference.

  • Colleges, coaching and training academies

Admissions pages that answer parents’ questions, online fees, batch schedules and a student app for notes, tests and notices.

  • Hospitals and clinics

Doctor schedules, appointment booking and report access for patients who travel in from other districts.

  • NGOs and development projects

Programme and impact pages that are easy to keep current, donation pages, and field data apps that work without signal.

  • Government suppliers and contractors

Company profiles with registrations, completed works and certificates set out for tender committees.

  • Industrial units

Product websites for buyers, and apps for dispatch, inspection and maintenance logs in Govindpura and Mandideep units.

Practical points before you start

Hindi and English. Most public-facing sites here need both. We build every page, form and email to work in Hindi, not just a translated menu, and you approve the text.

Accessibility. Organisations working with government departments may be asked for accessible websites. We use proper headings, alt text, keyboard navigation and readable contrast as standard, and test against a checklist when you need one.

Field data. NGO and survey teams often work in villages with no signal. Their apps store entries, photos and locations on the phone and upload when they reach coverage.

Cost and time. An institute or hospital website usually takes four to eight weeks, a field data app ten to sixteen, priced in writing. See our guide on how long a build takes.

How a remote project with us runs

We begin with a video call with the people who will run the site or app, not only the person signing off. For an NGO that may be the programme coordinator; for an institute, the admissions desk. A written estimate follows with scope, exclusions, milestones and price.

You check progress on a staging link every fortnight from any phone. For approval-heavy organisations we schedule demos around your committee meetings so decisions do not stall the work.

At handover, the domain, hosting and code are in your organisation's name, with a simple editing guide. The India page explains how we keep remote projects on track.

FAQ

Questions from Bhopal organisations

Do you have an office in Bhopal?

No. Our only office is in Shakarpur, East Delhi. We work with Bhopal clients remotely, and you are welcome to visit us in Delhi by appointment.

Can our field staff collect survey data without internet?

Yes. The app saves forms, photos and GPS points offline and uploads them later. Supervisors see submissions on a web dashboard once they sync.

Can we update the website ourselves after launch?

Yes. You get an editor for pages, news, notices and downloads, with a short guide. We handle the technical upkeep under a support plan if you want one.

Can a coaching institute run online tests in the app?

Yes, for practice tests and quizzes with results. High-stakes exams need stricter controls; we discuss those separately before quoting.

Other cities we work with

We take on projects from businesses across India, all delivered by the same team from our office in East Delhi.

How remote projects work, and the full list of cities, is on the India page. For businesses in and around Delhi, see all locations.
