Delhi
Website and app development company for New Delhi organisations
Websites, member and donor portals, and Android and iOS apps for the associations, trusts, consultancies and retailers of central and south Delhi. Our office is across the river in Shakarpur, so meeting in person is easy to arrange.
Who builds websites and apps for New Delhi associations, NGOs and showrooms?
QubitSolutions does, from Shakarpur in East Delhi, across the river from the central offices. We build websites, member and donor portals and Android and iOS apps, meet committees at their offices by appointment, and hand over the domain, hosting and code in the organisation’s name. A content website usually takes four to eight weeks.
For organisations in central and south Delhi
Many people say New Delhi when they mean the whole city. This page is for the part of it that sits inside and around the NDMC area and the older south Delhi colonies: the offices around Connaught Place, Barakhamba Road and Nehru Place, the institutional areas at Lodhi Road and Qutab, and the markets of Khan Market, Lajpat Nagar and Karol Bagh.
The organisations based here are a particular mix. Industry associations and chambers, charitable trusts and NGOs, policy and research groups, law and consulting firms, and long-standing family retailers. Their websites are often old, built by someone who has since moved on, and hard to update. Their members, donors and customers now expect to pay, register and download on a phone.
We are a software team based at Shakarpur in East Delhi, about half an hour from Connaught Place outside rush hour. We build websites, web portals and mobile apps, and we support them after launch. If you are comparing agencies for a straightforward company website, our page on website design in Delhi covers that in detail.
Who we build for
Who we build for in New Delhi
The organisations whose day-to-day problems a better website, portal or app solves.
Associations and chambers
Member directories, renewals with online payment, event registration and circulars that members can find later, all run by your secretariat without a developer.
NGOs and charitable trusts
Donation pages that issue receipts automatically, programme and impact pages that are easy to keep current, and volunteer sign-ups that land in one list.
Law, policy and consulting firms
A site that presents your people and publications properly, with a secure client area for documents instead of email attachments.
Showrooms and family retailers
Catalogue websites and apps for jewellers, furnishers and fashion stores that want online enquiries, appointments or orders without giving up the counter.
Suppliers to government and PSUs
Clear company profiles and product pages that procurement officers can read quickly, with downloadable certificates and specifications.

Things worth deciding early
Hindi and English. Public-facing organisations often need both. Decide at the start whether every page needs a Hindi version or only the key ones, because it changes the editing workflow and the content budget.
Accessibility. Bodies that work with ministries are sometimes asked for accessible websites. We build with proper headings, alt text, keyboard navigation and readable contrast as standard, and can test against a stated accessibility checklist when it is part of the scope.
Who updates the site. In associations and trusts the person who edits the website changes every couple of years. We hand over an editor simple enough for a new office executive, plus a short written guide.
Cost and time. You get a fixed written price after scoping. A content website usually takes four to eight weeks, mostly waiting on text and approvals; a member portal or app takes longer. Our guides on website cost in India and build timelines explain why.
Meeting in person or by video
Because we are in Delhi, we can meet your committee or partners at your office by appointment, which helps when several people must agree on a design. Between meetings, you review progress on a staging link every fortnight and send comments in one place.
For organisations with a board or governing council, we plan the approval steps into the timeline at the start, so a monthly meeting does not quietly add two months to the project. The written estimate lists what we need from you and when.
At launch you receive the domain, hosting and code in your organisation's name. Our Delhi page describes the wider range of businesses we work with across the city.
FAQ
Questions from New Delhi organisations
Where is your office, and can we meet?
Our only office is in Shakarpur, East Delhi. We meet clients in central and south Delhi at their offices by appointment, and you are welcome to visit us. Routine reviews run on video calls.
Can a donation page send 80G receipts automatically?
Yes, if your trust provides the receipt format and registration details. The payment gateway confirms each donation and the site generates and emails the receipt. Your accountant should confirm the wording before launch.
Our old website was built years ago and nobody has the login. Can you help?
Usually. We first recover control of the domain and hosting through the registrar and host, which needs your organisation’s documents. Then we decide with you whether to repair the old site or replace it.
Do you build member apps for associations?
Yes. An app is worth it when members use it often, for event check-ins, directories or notices. If members visit twice a year, a mobile-friendly portal costs less and does the job, and we will tell you so.
