Phones, not laptops. Most of your visitors will arrive on a mid-range Android phone over mobile data. We keep pages light and forms short, and test on the kind of phone your customers actually carry.
Payments. UPI is the default for fees and orders. International buyers of craft products need card payments and clear shipping costs, which some gateways handle better than others; we advise on that during scoping.

Can parents pay school fees through the app?
Yes, through UPI or cards via a payment gateway in the school’s name. The system records each payment against the student and sends a receipt.
Should a chikankari business sell on its own website or on marketplaces?
