Android and iOS app development for Delhi NCR businesses, from a team you can meet

“We need an app” is often the right instinct, but not always. An app earns its place on a phone when people use it often, when it must work without a signal, or when it needs the camera, GPS, Bluetooth or reliable notifications. A distributor whose retailers reorder every week or a service company with technicians on the road is a good candidate; a customer who buys twice a year is not.

QubitSolutions is a software company with one office, at House no. 29 C&D, Global Complex, Veer Savarkar Block, Shakarpur, Delhi 110092, in East Delhi. We build Android and iOS apps, and the back end and admin panel behind them, for businesses across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. If a website or web application would serve your users better, we will say so.

For the full description of the service, including our approach to offline working and store releases, see mobile app development.

What we build

Apps we build for Delhi businesses

Most business apps fall into one of these groups.

  • Dealer and retailer ordering apps

Catalogue, price lists, repeat orders, outstanding balances and order status for the shops and dealers who buy from you every week.

  • Field sales and service apps

Visit plans, check-ins, orders, photos and job reports that work offline and sync later.

  • Delivery and driver apps

Route lists, proof of delivery, cash and UPI collection, and live location for the dispatch desk.

  • Booking and customer apps

Appointments, memberships, loyalty and order tracking for clinics, salons, gyms and service businesses whose customers return often.

  • Apps for schools and institutes

Attendance, homework, fee reminders, notices and live-class access for students and parents.

  • Admin panels and back ends

The web console where your office manages users, products, orders and reports, and the API that keeps the app and the office in step.

How we work

From idea to the Play Store and App Store

A focused first release of a business app typically takes ten to sixteen weeks, including store review.

  1. Step 1: Users and devices

Who will use the app, on which phones, where and how often. This decides Android only or both platforms, and how much offline support is needed.

  2. Step 2: Clickable prototype

The main screens linked together on your own phone, so that you and a few real users can try the flow before any code is written.

  3. Step 3: Written, fixed quote

Screens, features, integrations, platforms, inclusions, exclusions, milestones and price for the first release, in writing.

  4. Step 4: Build in fortnightly cycles

Test builds on your phone every two weeks through Play internal testing and TestFlight, reviewed with you on a short call.

  5. Step 5: Store submission

Listings, screenshots and privacy declarations prepared and submitted under your own developer accounts.

  6. Step 6: Monitoring and updates

Crash reporting from day one, and a maintenance plan for the Android and iOS changes that arrive every year.

What an app costs, and what drives the price

App budgets vary more than website budgets, because “an app” can mean a few screens or a whole operating system for a business. The main drivers are:

  • Platforms. Android only, or Android and iOS. A cross-platform framework keeps the second platform much cheaper than building it twice.
  • User roles and screens. A customer app with an admin panel is a smaller job than one with customers, staff, managers and dealers, each seeing different things.
  • Offline working. Storing data on the phone and syncing it later is valuable for field teams and adds real engineering effort.
  • Payments, tracking and integrations. UPI and card payments, live location, and links to Tally, a CRM or an ERP each add development and testing.
  • Upkeep. Every app needs updates each year to keep pace with Android, iOS and store rules. Apple also charges an annual Developer Program fee, and Google Play a one-time registration fee, both paid by you directly.

We quote a fixed price for the first release after a short scoping call, and state the yearly running costs separately so nothing arrives as a surprise. Our guide to app development cost in India goes through each factor.

Android first, or both? Native or cross-platform?

Many Indian B2B and workforce apps launch on Android only, because that is what most dealers, drivers and field staff carry. If even a small share of your customers or senior staff use iPhones, we build with React Native or Flutter so that adding iOS later is inexpensive. We recommend fully native Kotlin or Swift only when an app depends heavily on device hardware, background processing or features specific to one platform.

If your users would open the app only occasionally, a web application that runs in the phone’s browser may do the job for less. Our article on choosing between a website, web app and mobile app sets out the trade-offs.

Meeting us in Delhi

Our office is in Shakarpur, East Delhi, and you are welcome to meet us there by appointment. We visit clients across Delhi NCR for discovery sessions and for staff training before launch. Fortnightly reviews happen on video calls with a test build on your phone.

We have no office outside Delhi. Clients in Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad work with the same Delhi team.

FAQ

Questions about mobile app development in Delhi

How much does it cost to develop an app in Delhi?

It depends on the platforms, user roles and screens, offline working, payments, integrations and the admin panel. We quote a fixed price for the first release in writing after a short scoping call, with yearly running costs listed separately.

How long does it take to build and publish an app?

A focused first release usually takes ten to sixteen weeks, including Play Store and App Store review. A smaller app can be quicker; payments, live tracking or hardware pairing take longer.

Can you build an Android app only?

Yes. Many business apps start on Android. We usually build with a cross-platform framework, so an iOS version can follow later without starting again.

Whose name is the app published under?

Yours. We help you open Google Play and Apple developer accounts in your organisation’s name, so the listing, reviews, signing keys and source code all stay with you.

What happens after the app is launched?

Apps need regular updates for new Android and iOS versions, store policy changes and security fixes. Our maintenance plan covers these with stated response times, and new features are quoted separately.

Can you take over an app another company built?

Often, yes. We first review the source code, build setup and store access, then tell you plainly whether it is sensible to maintain and extend the app or better to rebuild parts of it.

Thinking about an app for your customers or your team?

Tell us who would use it and what they need to do. We will reply with questions, and say so if a website or web app would serve them better.
