Manufacturing software for real-time shop-floor visibility
Many manufacturers run production on whiteboards, job cards and one manager’s memory. We build planning, tracking and quality systems alongside your ERP, giving a live view of orders, machines and output.
The ERP records the order; the shop floor holds the truth
Many manufacturers run Tally or an ERP for accounts and inventory, while actual production status lives elsewhere: on a whiteboard, in a supervisor’s notebook, in a messaging group of line leads. When a customer asks for a delivery date, someone has to walk the floor to find out.
We connect the two. Orders flow from your accounting system into a planning board. Supervisors update job status from a tablet or phone. Machines report run time and downtime directly where justified. The delivery date you commit to reflects the real queue.
Projects here usually draw on custom planning systems, machine monitoring and Tally integration and automation.
What we build
What we deliver for manufacturers
Production planning boards
Orders sequenced across machines and shifts, with capacity, material availability and due dates visible together.
Shop-floor job tracking
Job cards on tablets or phones: start, pause, complete, scrap and reason codes, recorded as they happen.
Quality records
Inspection checklists, measurements, photos and non-conformance reports linked to each batch.
Machine monitoring
Run time, downtime and output counts from existing machines through sensors or PLC data.

FAQ
Questions from manufacturing leaders
Do we need to replace our ERP?
Usually not. We prefer to build alongside your existing ERP or Tally and synchronise orders, items and stock with it, so accounting continues unchanged.
Our machines are old. Can they still be monitored?
Often. Retrofit sensors measuring current, vibration or cycle counts work on most machines regardless of age. We validate on one or two machines first.
