Construction software development that keeps site and office in step

Contractors, EPC firms and developers run several sites on phone calls, registers and spreadsheets that arrive a week late. We build site apps and office dashboards that show progress, labour, material and billing while there is still time to act.

What a site engineer reports before the office reads it

By evening a site engineer has counted labour by trade and by subcontractor, logged the cement and steel that arrived, noted a pour delayed by a late transit mixer, and photographed the slab for the client. Most of that reaches head office as a WhatsApp photo of a register, retyped into a spreadsheet days later. By the time a project manager spots the gap between material issued and work measured, the money has already gone.

The commercial side carries the same lag. Running account bills from subcontractors are checked against measurement sheets by hand, retention and deductions sit in one person’s workbook, and the quarterly progress update a registered project owes under RERA is assembled from memory. We build the daily site record first, because billing, reconciliation and client updates all depend on it. Selling the finished units is a separate problem, covered on our real estate page.

Projects here usually draw on site apps, custom billing and reconciliation systems and Tally integration.

What we build

What we deliver for construction businesses

  • Daily progress reports from site

A mobile app for site engineers: work done against the schedule, photos with location and time, hindrances and weather, submitted in minutes and readable offline.

  • Labour attendance and productivity

Headcount by trade and subcontractor, with face or QR check-in where you need proof, linked to the quantities each gang completed.

  • Material indents and reconciliation

Indent, purchase order and goods receipt at the site store, with theoretical against actual consumption of cement, steel and other key items for each activity.

  • Subcontractor and RA billing

Measurements, rate items, running account bills, retention, advances and deductions in one workflow, checked against the progress already recorded on site.

  • Client and RERA progress updates

Milestone reports with dated site photos for clients and lenders, and the figures you need for quarterly RERA project updates, drawn from the same records.

FAQ

Questions from contractors and developers

Will site engineers actually use an app?

They will if it takes less time than the register. We keep daily forms short, let them work offline, and test the first version on one live site before rolling it out.

Should we buy construction ERP software or build our own?

If a packaged construction ERP matches how you estimate, bill and pay, buy it. We build where your contracts, billing rules or reporting differ, or to connect the site to the accounting system you already use.

Can it handle different subcontractor rate structures?

Yes. Item rates, labour-only and lump-sum contracts, retention and recoveries are configured per work order, so each running bill follows the agreement it was signed under.

How late does site information reach your office?

Walk us through one site’s day, from labour count to running bill. We will show where a first system pays back.
