Delhi
Mobile app development company in New Delhi for members, events and field teams
Android and iOS apps for associations whose members use them every week, NGOs with staff in the field, and showrooms that want to stay in touch with regular customers. We meet in person by appointment.
Does a New Delhi association or NGO need an app, and who can build one?
Only if people will open it often: weekly notices, event passes, a member directory, or field staff recording visits. QubitSolutions builds such apps from its Shakarpur office in East Delhi, tests them with a few real members first, and publishes them under your own store accounts. A focused first release takes ten to sixteen weeks.
An app is worth it only when people come back to it
Associations, trusts and showrooms in central and south Delhi often ask us for an app because a peer organisation has one. Sometimes that is right. A chamber that runs fortnightly events, a federation with members who look each other up, or an NGO whose field workers record visits every day will get real use from an app.
Sometimes it is not. Members who visit twice a year are better served by a good website, and we will tell you so before you spend money. Our guide on choosing between a website, web app and mobile app sets out the questions.
When an app does make sense, we build it, its admin panel and the server behind it. Details of the service are on our mobile app development page.
Apps we build
Apps that suit these organisations
Each of these earns its place because people use it often.
Member apps for associations
Directory search, notices and circulars, renewal reminders and digital membership cards that members show at the door.
Event and conference apps
Agenda, speaker profiles, QR passes and check-in at the gate, with announcements pushed to everyone who registered.
Field apps for NGO programmes
Beneficiary visits, surveys and photos recorded in villages without signal and uploaded when staff reach coverage.
Clienteling apps for showrooms
For jewellers and furnishers: a customer’s past purchases, preferences and appointments on the salesperson’s phone.

Points to settle before the build
Store accounts in your name. Apple asks organisations for a D-U-N-S number before it opens a developer account, and trusts sometimes take weeks to get one. Apply early; we guide you through both stores.
Older members. Large text, few steps and a Hindi option matter more than animation when many users are retired professionals. We test with three or four of them before launch.
Notifications with restraint. Push messages are useful for event changes and renewal dates, and annoying for everything else. We agree a short list of what triggers one.
Cost and time. Our app cost guide explains what drives the price of a first release and its yearly upkeep.
How we build it with you
We begin with a clickable prototype that your office bearers can try on their own phones at a meeting, at your office or ours. Once the flow is agreed, a written estimate fixes scope and price.
Test builds go to a small group of members every fortnight through Play internal testing and TestFlight. At launch the store listings, signing keys and code belong to your organisation.
FAQ
App questions from New Delhi organisations
Do you have an office near Connaught Place?
No. Our only office is in Shakarpur, East Delhi, about half an hour from Connaught Place outside rush hour. We come to you by appointment.
Can members renew and pay inside the app?
Yes, by UPI or card through a payment gateway account in your organisation’s name. The app issues a receipt and updates the member’s status at once.
Can the app work for staff in villages with no network?
Yes. Forms, photos and locations are stored on the phone and sent when signal returns, and supervisors see them on a web dashboard after they sync.
Should we build for iPhone as well as Android?
For member apps in this part of the city, usually yes, because many senior members use iPhones. One cross-platform codebase covers both at a modest extra cost.
Thinking about an app for your members or staff?
Tell us who would open it and how often. We will say honestly whether an app or a website suits them better.
