Delhi
Website design company in New Delhi for associations, NGOs and firms
Websites, member areas and donation pages for the associations, trusts, consultancies and retailers of central and south Delhi. Our office is across the river in Shakarpur, so meeting your committee is easy to arrange.
Who designs websites for New Delhi associations, NGOs and showrooms?
QubitSolutions does, from Shakarpur in East Delhi, across the Yamuna from the central offices. We design bilingual, accessible websites with member, donation and enquiry features, meet committees at their offices by appointment, and hand over the domain, hosting and code in the organisation’s name. A content website usually takes four to eight weeks.
Websites for organisations in central and south Delhi
Many people say New Delhi when they mean the whole city. This page is for the part inside and around the NDMC area and the older south Delhi colonies: offices around Connaught Place, Barakhamba Road and Nehru Place, the institutional areas at Lodhi Road and Qutab, and the markets of Khan Market, Lajpat Nagar and Karol Bagh.
The organisations here are a particular mix. Industry associations and chambers, charitable trusts, policy and research groups, law and consulting firms, and family retailers who have served the same customers for decades. Their websites are often old, built by someone who has since moved on, and hard to update. Members and donors now expect to pay, register and download on a phone.
We design and build those sites, and support them after launch. For the full service, see website development. If members need to log in to do real work, a web portal may be the better fit.
Websites we build
Websites we design for these organisations
Most projects here are one of these, sometimes two together.
Association and chamber websites
Member directories, renewals with online payment, event registration and an archive of circulars that members can actually search.
NGO and trust websites
Donation pages that email receipts on their own, programme pages your staff can keep current, and volunteer sign-ups that land in one list.
Law, policy and consulting firm sites
Your people and publications presented properly, with a secure client area for documents instead of email attachments.
Showroom catalogue sites
For jewellers, furnishers and fashion stores that want online enquiries and appointments without giving up the counter.
Profiles for government buyers
Company and product pages a procurement officer can read in two minutes, with certificates and specifications to download.

Things worth deciding early
Hindi and English. Public-facing bodies often need both. Decide at the start whether every page needs Hindi or only the key ones, because it changes the editing workflow and the content budget.
Accessibility. Bodies that work with ministries are sometimes asked for accessible websites. Proper headings, alt text, keyboard navigation and readable contrast are standard in our builds, and we test against a stated checklist when it is part of the scope.
Who edits the site. In associations and trusts the person who updates the website changes every couple of years. You get an editor simple enough for a new office executive, plus a short written guide.
Cost and time. A fixed written price follows scoping. Our guides on website cost in India and build timelines explain what moves both.
Meeting your committee in person
Because we are in Delhi, we can meet your committee or partners at your office by appointment, which helps when several people must agree on a design. Between meetings you review the site on a staging link every fortnight and leave comments in one place.
Boards and governing councils meet monthly, so we plan their approvals into the timeline at the start. The written estimate lists what we need from you and when.
FAQ
Questions from New Delhi organisations
Where is your office, and can we meet?
Our only office is in Shakarpur, East Delhi. We meet clients in central and south Delhi at their offices by appointment, and you are welcome to visit us.
Can a donation page send 80G receipts automatically?
Yes, if your trust provides the receipt format and registration details. The payment gateway confirms each donation and the site generates and emails the receipt. Your accountant should approve the wording before launch.
Our old website was built years ago and nobody has the login. Can you help?
Usually. We first recover control of the domain and hosting through the registrar and host, which needs your organisation’s documents. Then we decide with you whether to repair the old site or replace it.
Will the Hindi pages show up in Google as well?
Yes. Each Hindi page gets its own address and language tags, so search engines can index it and show it to people searching in Hindi.
Need a better website for your organisation?
Send us your current site and a line about your members or donors. We will reply with questions and a time to meet.
